Delete your auria account and data

Directly in the app

Open your profile in auria and choose “Delete account”. For security, confirm the account email address and your password, then confirm the final deletion once more. No separate confirmation email is required.

If you can no longer access the app

Email us from the address registered to your account at hello@auria-app.de with “Delete my auria account” in the subject. We request only what is needed to verify your identity safely and confirm completion.

What happens

• Your account, profile, consent and age records, and push identifiers are deleted.
• Profile and affected person images are removed from private file storage.
• If this is the last account in a household, that household and its content are deleted.
• Shared content in a continuing household remains for the other members; your account attribution is removed.
• Short-lived security evidence may remain without an account identifier; backups expire with their recovery period.
